Class B flammable liquids and fires involving live electrical equipment  - Not recommended for Class A fires

A stylish alternative to the traditional red extinguisher, this clean Carbon Dioxide extinguishant is ideal for use on Office equipment, mechanical equipment and welding. All units are provided with a forst free horn, but when operating it is advise not to hold the extinguisher at the base of the unit to avoid freezing upon skin contact.

Whilst EN3 states that extinguishers shall be red, self coloured extinguishers are permitted, though cannot display a Kitemark or BAFE approval as they are not painted red.  

All C02 Extinguishers have a lifespan of 10 years and require discharge and factory testing at 10 year intervals. 

 

Be advised that it is cheaper to buy a new unit when 10year discharge required - also any factory tested units loose they're BSi Kitemark
