Delivery & Returns

Availability and Delivery

  • JPro Services will endeavour to dispatch your Product(s) usually within 48 hours of payment for your order being received by JPro Services in cleared funds. Dispatch of your order will be confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. You should be aware that delivery of the Products may take up to five working days.
  •  If any of the Products you have ordered are out of stock, JPro Services will usually hold your full order for up to 5 working days prior to dispatch.  If any Product remains out of stock JPro Services will part ship your order. JPro Services will not charge additional delivery charges where JPro Services part ship your order.
  •  Delivery dates and times on our Website are estimates only and shall not create a binding obligation on JPro Services to deliver Products by a certain date.  You should be aware that deliveries will require a signature on delivery. If no signature is obtainable on delivery, then your Product(s) may be taken to a Royal Mail depot for collection by you.
  •  JPro Services does not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
  •  JPro Services endeavours to bring you the best value it can by running special offers. However stocks of Products are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. JPro Services updates its website as quickly as it can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the Website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a number of hours.

 

Risk and Ownership

            1.  The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. 

            2. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when JPro Services receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

 

            Returns & Refunds 

 

  All returns of Products should include their original packaging and accessories, must be in saleable condition (expect where they are deemed defective) and should be sent to JPro Services Limited at 191, High Street. Tonbridge. Kent. TN9 1BX. When you return a Product to JPro Services:

 

           (a)  because you have cancelled the Contract between JPro Services within the seven-day cooling-off period, JPro Services will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, JPro Services will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you.  However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to JPro Services. 

 

           (b)  for any other reason, the Product(s) must be returned to JPro Services within 28 days of delivery. JPro Services will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  JPro Services will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day JPro Services confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to JPro Services.

 

  • JPro Services will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
